No! Mommy do it.

Mommy doit

So today as I tried to change Ty’s diaper I got a little bit of attitude. He stared right into my eyes, pointed his finger into my face and demanded with the sternest of voice a 2-year-old can give “NO! Mommy do it.” I was taken aback a little bit as my own son did not want anything to do with me at that moment. Normally such a thing wouldn’t phase a person, but when someone you love unconditionally rejects you that bluntly it’s painful. Sure I gave a bit of attitude back to him because I am the boss after all, but Pam moved in and pulled Ty out of the fire he was starting to get himself into. Daddy may have been rejected but mommy got stuck with a dirty diaper. – Steve
